WOD 8/3/12 & CrossFit Games WOD 12.3

Welcome to our newest athletes - Bec, Dorothea, Sarah, Kate, Sue, Andrew & Paul... chilling after their last Fundamentals session on our latest equipment addition - gymnastic parallel bars!

The third WOD for the 2012 Reebok CrossFit Games was announced at 9am this morning, so the 6am, 6:45am and 9:30am classes did the below WOD and evening crew did the Games WOD 12.3.

Morning WOD:
On the FGB clock – 3 rounds of -
1 min front squats (15/20kg)
1 min push-press
1 min push-ups
1 min sit-ups
1 min burpee bar hops
start each minute with a shuttle run

CrossFit Games WOD 12.3
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minutes of:
15 box jumps (20/24″)
12 push presses (34/52kg)
9 toes-to-bar
