Getting StartedGetting Started is simple…

To get started with CrossFit you must complete CrossFit Fundamentals. We not only want to make sure that you get the safest, most effective workout, but that you’re part of the Cooee CrossFit Community before you start your first group class. Coached by a Cooee CrossFit coach, and delivered in small group sessions, CrossFit Fundamentals is designed to get you to your first class with the technique basics and knowledge you need to be successful.

Once you’ve successfully completed CrossFit Fundamentals, you’ll be free to join any of the CrossFit group classes.
