CrossFit Fundamentals

CrossFit FundamentalsTo get started in the Cooee CrossFit Program you must complete CrossFit Fundamentals. We want to make sure that you get the safest, most effective workout, and that you’re part of the Cooee CrossFit Community before you start your first group class. Coached by a Cooee CrossFit coach and delivered in small group sessions, CrossFit Fundamentals is designed to get you to your first WOD with the knowledge you need to be successful.  In each session you’ll learn the techniques of the fundamental CrossFit exercises and perform a short workout. Even though you are learning, be prepared to get your heart rate up and to sweat!
