Program Schedule

Program ScheduleCrossFit Fundamentals:

CrossFit Fundamentals must be completed before joining regular CrossFit classes. The next programs are listed below.  Each program comprises of a total of six 1-hour sessions and are limited to 10 athletes.  To register, contact Kirsten at kirsten@cooeecrossfit.com.au or 0425 547 005.

Note: contact us if the Fundamentals Program schedule doesn’t suit your commitments and we’ll arrange session times that work for you.

Fundamentals Program Pricing:
6 x one-hour group sessions -
$190 per person; or
Bring a friend for $160 per person; or
Bring two friends for $130 per person

Private Fundamentals -
One-on-one training with one of our CrossFit Coaches, at pre-arranged times to suit your schedule
$250 per person
